No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returnsunless the item is faulty. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to report the issue:

  1. Contact us at berryworkwear@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the fault, and (if possible) photos of the issue.
  3. Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the faulty item, if necessary.

Upon verification of the fault, we will offer a replacement or consider a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Non-Faulty Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-faulty items, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing (unless the sizing differs from the product description)
