1.1. These terms apply to all purchases and interactions with Berry Work & Activewear, a UK-based business specializing in custom clothing, work wear, and accessories.
1.2. Our products are designed and fulfilled within the UK and are available for UK-based customers only.

2. Orders and Customization
2.1. All custom orders are subject to a production time of up to 7 business days.
2.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for customization. All designs submitted will be printed exactly as provided , including colours. Please ensure all details are correct before submission.
2.3. Logo designs created by Berry Work & Activewear include up to three revisions free of charge . Additional revisions beyond this will incur a fee, which will be communicated prior to proceeding.
2.4. Bulk orders and corporate packages are eligible for discounts, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
3.3. Custom work pricing includes the wholesale garment price plus a £5 customization fee.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of production completion.
4.2. Delivery times depend on UK shipping standards and the selected shipping method.
4.3. Berry Work & Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.2. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for resolution.
5.3. Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All designs, logos, and branding created by Berry Work & Activewear remain the intellectual property of the business.
6.2. Customers may not replicate or distribute our designs without prior written consent.

7. Customer Conduct
7.1. Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with our team. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Berry Work & Activewear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
